Bylaws

Our Chapters Bylaws were updated and signed by SHRM in 2015.

A summary of the changes:

Allow providers of an HR product or service to join the chapter
Created criteria to define eligibility for a student member
Allow for electronic voting
Allow the board the use of incentives for membership promotions
Updated the descriptions of chapter board positions
