THE INTENTIONAL HR LEADER (RECORDED WEBINAR)

SHRM Western CT is partnering with the HR Association of Central CT to offer this webinar.  SHRMWC members and guests will register via the HRACC website.

This session helps HR professionals reclaim clarity, confidence and presence. Participants learn how to lead with grounded authority, communicate with influence and release the emotional burden of "carrying the culture" alone.

    Key takeaways

    - Strengthened leadership presence (showing up with authenticity, confidence and clarity)
    - Strategic communication under pressure (speaking with calm authority even in messy conversations
    - Emotional boundaries for HR (releasing the need to absorb everyone's stress and conflict)
    - Influence without force (how to be heard and respected by executives and decision-makers)
    - Tools to maintain calm in chaos (practices that restore energy, resilience and focus)
