Leading and Working with Gen Z Employees (the Digital Natives)

Gen Z employees were born between 1997 and 2012 and brought up in a world dominated by social media, the internet and technology.

What sets this generation apart from other generations in your workforce?  And more importantly, how can you bridge the generational gaps on teams and avoid common sources of friction?

In this webinar, our presenter will share practical tools for leading Gen Z effectively, such as how to create a feedback-rich culture, provide clear growth paths and build trust while maintaining accountability.

Whether you manage one Gen Z employee or an entire department, attendees will walk away with actionable insights to lead Gen Z with clarity, empathy and impact:  helping create a more productive, loyal team.

    FEES
